What Is A Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a subtle but powerful meditative experience, using frequency to support brainwave entrainment and guide the nervous system into a more relaxed, receptive state facilitating whole body restoration. Common experiences are reduced anxiety, lightened mood, mental clarity, improved sleep quality, relief of physical pain and imbalances, emotional release, heightened perception and intuitive connection.
You'll be gently guided through a grounding meditation before being lulled by the healing frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, channeled vocals and other healing instrumentals. As the body relaxes and the linear mind slows down, space opens for deeper insight and connection to higher sense of self and support. There is no experience needed.
What You Need To Know
Please:
- bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow(s). If you want to bring an eye mask, please feel free to do so
- wear comfortable clothes (for example, workout clothes, yoga gear, etc.)
- arrive 15 minutes early to setup your spot and sign the waiver
- bring your own water bottle
