From the moment you begin planning, our team is here to guide you through every detail and thoughtfully curate a spa experience tailored to your group.
How do I reserve a group spa experience?
To help us thoughtfully plan your group spa experience, we kindly ask that you call us at (403) 783-2999 and provide us with the following information:
1. Your preferred date and start time
2. A complete list of attendees including first and last names
3. Each guest’s preferred treatments along with a second choice for flexibility in scheduling.
Not sure which services to select? Simply provide an approximate budget per guest, and our team will be delighted to curate the ultimate spa experience tailored to your group.
Group Booking Etiquette
Please note that while your visit may be part of a special celebration, other guests within the spa are also enjoying treatments. In order to maintain spa etiquette, we kindly ask that your group maintain a respectful, quiet demeanor at all times to ensure a serene experience for everyone.
Outside Food & Drink
We are pleased to offer a curated spa cuisine available on the day of your services. As such, outside food is not permitted. A menu will be provided upon reservation, and we kindly ask that you select both a first and second choice for each guest. Please also advise us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we may accommodate your needs accordingly.
Outside beverages are not permitted at any time. We do offer a thoughtfully curated beverage menu, with a selection of drinks available for purchase during your visit.
Group Cancellation and Booking Policy
- If each guest is paying individually on the day of service(s), no deposit is required; however, a credit card is required for each guest to secure the reservation(s).
- For groups opting for a single combined payment on the day of service, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- All services must be paid in full on the day they are received.
- Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge.
Gratuities and Taxes
- Please note that Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturdays, tend to book up quickly. We recommend reserving well in advance (2-3 months) to secure your preferred times and services.
- Gratuities are always appreciated but are not expected. Taxes and gratuities are not included in pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice.
