Your credit card on file will be charged on the 1st of every month. If the monthly payment fails on the 1st of the month, our system will automatically retry the failed charge in the days following.

For our Altitude Monthly Membership and reLounge 2 Sessions/Month, memberships and associated services are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. For our reLounge 4 Sessions/Month, memberships and associated services are transferable and can be shared with one other person.

Yes, membership services are valid for three months from the date of purchase. For example, if you are charged on January 1, 2026, your membership services will remain valid until March 31, 2026. Unused membership services cannot be carried over or banked beyond the expiry date.

Yes, you may freeze your membership at any time. During the freeze period, your credit card will not be charged, and no new membership services will accrue. However, you may continue to use any remaining services, provided they are used within their original three-month expiration period.

Custom membership freeze periods may be arranged on an individual basis for each guest.

If a member fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the missed session will be treated as a no-show and will be deducted from their available membership services, add-ons, or reLounge sessions.

Members may choose to swap a service included in their membership package for a service—or a combination of services—of greater value (minimum $125.00). The difference in price must be paid at the time of checkout. All services used in a swap must be booked on the same day.
