With over 15 years of experience in the spa industry, Jolene possesses a wealth of knowledge and has undergone comprehensive training in all the services she provides. As the only team member who has been with Team Altitude since its inception in 2010, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and expertise. Jolene takes great pleasure in the diversity of services she offers and aspires for each guest to leave feeling and looking their absolute best.

Jolene is also the Spa Director at Altitude Spa.

Kyla has been a vital member of the Team Altitude since 2012. She exhibits a deep commitment to enhancing her guests' well-being by alleviating physical tension, which contributes to a reduction in stress in their personal lives.
