Technique

The Body Shaper is suitable to use on your face, body and scalp. It is highly recommend applying warm water, oil, serum, or your favourite moisturizer to promote a smooth glide. With light pressure, glide the Body Shaper over the skin using a long stroke. On your face and neck, work from the centre, outwards and upwards. Flow downwards towards the wrists or feet when treating the arms and legs. For pressure points, use a Body Shaper edge & apply medium pressure on the tense area for 10 seconds while breathing deeply. Focusing on any muscle tension will increase blood flow & offer relief.
